Our packages include a construction set of plans- engineered stamped to the build site designed to 2015 International building code, the exterior walls, interior/exterior rustic style components, loft support system (if home has a loft or upper story), roof system through sheeting.By using a panelized wall system all of your exterior framing, along with the installation of the OSB, house wrap & siding is built off-site in a quality controlled environment. You will save money over a traditional stick-built on site home by how quickly the homes will be dried-in once delivered, a recent study by the SBC has demonstrated that on average 223 hrs are saved during construction by using a panelized system which results in savings in onsite labor, lending fees, builders risk insurance etc...
