- Named for the meridian that bridges the Great Continental Divide, the 114th Partnership bridges the gap between business and education to support shared goals for college, career, and community readiness. The 114th Partnership helps education leaders better prepare students for college, the workplace, and community life, while business leaders address hiring needs and put their philanthropic resources to work with confidence. Our key programs include Spark 101, Pathway Ready!, and the Montgomery County (MD) Roundtable for Education (MCBRE): Spark 101 offers educators free case study videos to actively engage students in STEM through deeper learning and real-world problem solving. Pathway Ready® aligns business and education leaders to work together using new tools proven to build a teaming mindset to achieve college, career & community readiness goals. MCBRE brings together local education and industry leaders to address the shared education goals of the community. The collective impact of MCBRE has contributed to new levels of achievement in one of the nations largest and most diverse school systems. By 2020, we plan to increase post-secondary readiness for at least three million students across the U.S.
