• Our mission at Birthright Israel Foundation is to build a base of financial support to ensure that the gift of a 10-day Birthright Israel educational trip is available to every eligible young Jewish adult.Our base of support has grown exponentially in recent years, to over 32,000 individual donors today. Our donors come from the ranks of Birthright Israel alumni, their parents, and individuals who support our mission. Broadening our support is key to our growth strategy.We also continue to rely on support of our founding partners, the Government of Israel and Jewish communities around the world represented by the Jewish Federations of North America, the Jewish Agency for Israel and Keren Hayesod, as well as a small group of committed philanthropists.Our annual campaign directly funds Birthright Israel trips. The cost of the trip is $3,000 per participant, including round-trip airfare, overnight accommodations, most of the meals, and other associated land costs. Birthright Israel Foundation, headquartered in New York City, is governed by a Board of Directors and run by a professional team, with regional staff across the United States. We are a proud recipient of Charity Navigators Four-star rating since 2009.
