Not only are all of our restaurants in St. Louis, nearly all of our staff live and work here, furthering our dedication to this great city.Our restaurants share a unique central kitchen and our own bakery, which allows us to make nearly everything from scratch. Our chefs butcher and smoke whole hogs, bake all of our own breads and pastries, and make every sauce and dressing. We do everything we can to bring customers affordable farm-to-table-fare.Additionally, we serve only local, responsibly raised, antibiotic & hormone-free meats, including Missouri grass-fed beef.
