Our Member's original residential condominium group began operations in 1977. In 1978, the group delivered it's first residential cooperative building. Since 1977, our Member's have successfully converted approximately 11,000 multifamily residential apartments to cooperative or condominium ownership.Over the past 5 years, Hanover has primarily focused on new construction development in the GO Zone [Gulf Opportunity Zone Act of 2005]. Post 2011 our business is moving to the fast growing space of Self-Directed Retirement Account investing. Always taking our opportunities to the next level Hanover has encompassed the nearly impossible to obtain Non-Recourse Financing on all of our properties with SUB 5% interest rates. Current market competition 6.5-8.5%. We specialize in assets that have been distressed or left unfinished, and with our members 43 years of experience, we acquire the new construction developments passing on the savings to our clients.
