- We are a wholesale only program manager with an exclusive restaurant, bar and tavern program in AK, CO, OR and WA.Target accounts start where the standard markets leave off and run through the 75% liquor account -- provided that there are no service related liquor violations. We write almost 80% of the target accounts that we quote -- but we decline close to 1/3rd of the applications that we receive. In Alaska, we are competitive up to 100% liquor but in our other three states, our hit ratio drops to perhaps 25% once we go over 75% liquor.New ventures okay, but we do require management experience in the class.
