Who We Are CIC is a registered LLC managed under Health Studio registration # HS10081 and is owned and operated by the Starr family who has over 40 years of strength and conditioning experience with current operations located within a 6,850 ft2 facility in Eustis, FL. CIC offers functional fitness and nutritional training to both youth and adults with the mission of equipping our members, who range from 5 to 60+ years of age, with the tools and knowledge needed to achieve and sustain their health and fitness goals. Here at CIC we stand by our belief of Community, Integrity, and Commitment to make everyone feel like a valued member of the CIC family. Our like-minded individuals will cheer you on to success as we all progress towards our wellness goals together.
