• The Northern Wasatch Homebuilders Association (NWHBA) is a not-for-profit trade association, organized with the purpose of supporting the construction industry in Davis, Weber, Morgan, and Box Elder counties. We are affiliated with the Homebuilders Association of Utah and the National Homebuilders Association.The NWHBA was formally established in 1995 with the consolidation of the Weber Basin HBA and the Davis County HBA. Both organizations considered merging to better meet the needs of the construction industry. Now 15 years later, our association could not be stronger. With a membership of approximately 400, we represent all aspects of the construction industry, from the finest builders, materials supply companies, specialized tradesmen, and the related ancillary services to bring your new home to market.Membership in our association is purely voluntary and is comprised of industry related people dedicated to giving back of their time and resources for the betterment of the industry, the profession and our community. We are largely volunteer based with an elected leadership and volunteer committees.
