• Horizon RV Resorts is a brokerage/management/development firm serving the outdoor hospitality industry. Founder Randy Hendrickson has been involved in the industry for 20 years, managing multi-property operations nationwide. From 2003 to 2006 Randy served as Vice President on the Board of Directors for CTPA Inc. (now CalARVC) where he chaired the Public Relations/Communications committee and was a Director on the CTPA Services Board. Randy re-joined the CalARVC Board in 2012, and he also served on the AZ ARVC (formerly ATPA) Board of Directors from 2006 to 2008.Rapid but responsible growth has resulted in a managed portfolio of more than 2,300 RV and Park Model sites and Motel units in 9 states, with a portfolio value in excess of $119M. Randy enjoys a respectful relationship with leading tour, travel and hospitality industry groups, as well as state organizations and capital partners.
