• The Worden Law Firm was founded in 2006 with the purpose of providing excellent, professional and personal legal services to those facing family law issues such as guardianships, emergency custody, custody and divorces as well as those charged with crimes in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area. The office's lead attorney is also a member of the prestigious National College of DUI Defense and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.Last year, Ms. Worden published her first book, The DUI Defender's Guide To Oklahoma Drinking and Driving Law and completed a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration recognized course in DUI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing. In addition to receiving the honor of being one of Super Lawyers 2015 Oklahoma Rising Stars for Criminal Defense, Ms. Worden received the Journal Record's Leadership in Law award in 2012. The Worden Law Firm represents those charged with criminal offenses including charges such as DUI, DWI, APC, misdemeanors, felonies, drug offenses and theft offenses. Cleveland, Oklahoma, McClain, Garvin, Grady, Pottawatomie, Logan, Canadian County are the primary counties the Worden Law Firm services.
