- Grant & Associates has been associated with premier manufacturers of plumbing and commercial building products since its inception by Walter Grant, Jr. in 1929. In April 1985, Walter Kenning acquired the company. Our mission is to professionally represent quality manufacturers products for the plumbing, mechanical and commercial construction industries. Our service areas include Louisiana and Mississippi, covering 72,000 square miles and a population of 5.7 million people. Grant & Associates is committed to a regular call schedule for its territory that includes architects, mechanical/plumbing engineers, contractors, and key primary end-users and home builders. We also support and maintain close relationships with wholesale customers. The company operates out of two locations: its headquarters and warehouse in Elmwood, LA that services south Louisiana and south Mississippi, and a sales office located in Rayville, LA that services north/central Louisiana and central Mississippi.
