Angelina's Of Maryland Llc

Description

• Angelina's was a landmark restaurant in Baltimore, Maryland (1952 - 2008) that was widely known as the home of Baltimore's Best Crab Cake. Over the years this small, neighborhood spot earned a big reputation for the most awarded crab cakes in a town with some serious crab competition. The original recipe is available here, still made exclusively with jumbo lump, domestic blue crab. The times have changed, but the Angelina's crab cake has not. We continue to be a small, local company that stands behind a big promise - the best quality your money can buy.Angelina's of Maryland was formed in 2005 for the purpose of carrying on a tradition. Under the guidance of several generations of previous owners, and with the future of Baltimore's famous restaurant uncertain, we worked hard to learn and preserve the recipe, techniques and ingredients that made the Angelina's crab cake a Maryland institution for decades. We are proud to offer a product today that is virtually unchanged from the original and practically unmatched in the marketplace. A stubborn insistence on using only domestic blue crab makes our product one of the last representatives of a true Maryland crab cake, even if one of the most expensive to produce. We have found that our customers appreciate the difference. Our crab cakes are now hand-made in small batches on Marylands Eastern Shore, just minutes from the Chesapeake Bay, and shipped to seafood lovers nationwide.
