- (TSI) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concern dedicated to resolving the challenges of our customers, clients, and partners. For the last 15 years, TSI has grown to be a nationally recognized, full service training provider, providing training & presentation services; consulting & professional services; performance improvement services; and compliance management services. TSI works in highly regulated industries (ie nuclear power, hazardous waste clean-up, construction, decommissioning, mining, emergency response, manufacturing, oil and gas processing, etc), and has provided services to the DOE, the US Military and over 100 clients in the nuclear, mining, manufacturing, waste management/disposal, construction, and general industries. Our unique webSMaRT compliance management suite integrates HR information with regulatory requirements to ensure that all employees meet all requirements for their jobs. Our newest product is the INMAP Incident Investigation package, the first Incident Investigation system that integrates Human Performance Improvement fundamentals as the basis for the investigation toolkit.Our areas of service are:1. Consulting. From initial Program Development through On or Off Site Management, TSI can provide your project with turn key management.2. Training. TSI can provide you with customized training materials and either train your trainers, or deliver the training ourselves. We have qualified instructors in Crane Operations and Rigging, HAZWOPER, Asbestos Worker and Supervisor, and DOT, OSHA, and EPA disciplines.3. Professional Development. TSI can help you become a High Performance Organization through our Ripple Effect Leadership series, Human Performance Improvement certifications, and other personal and professional development courses, such as TimePEACE Time Mastery, and DiSC profiling.4. Compliance Management . TSI uses our proprietary software suite, webSMaRT, to manage your compliance information.
