• Realized Desi3ns Group is the newest project from Anna Finch and Brien Teasley. At it's heart it is about bringing great products to market. As Co-Founders and Managing Partners we share responsibility in the design, development, prototyping and manufacturing of the best new ideas and technologies to market through product design. We are designers, engineers, dreamers, makers, creators and fiddlers who love a great product, but what gets us out of bed is bringing a great product to market! From design, development, branding, logo and packaging we are with you all the way through your first order and beyond. RD3 is a three pronged approach to a design firm. Projects - This is what we love, what we do and what gets us out of bed in the morning. Projects is for when companies need a new idea, a new take on an existing product or even a better price. We are as hands on or hands off as you need us to be! Partners - You have an idea, we have the know how! We want you to have a product and we want to be a part of it! We know upfront budgets can be tough - for lower upfront costs we will bring your idea to market in exchange for a royalty post launch. With flexible terms on the backend we want to partner with you to bring great ideas to the market. Products - We have a point of view, we have ideas and we want you to see them. For too long we have seen great projects product managed into something that is for everyone. These products are not for everyone and that's okay!
