• AIBA is a 501(c)(6) membership organization whose mission is to promote and support locally owned businesses through advocacy, consumer education and services to our members. We are the only organization dedicated to solely to Austin's locally owned businesses. What we do:- Advocacy: Working to further the priorities of local business at City Hall and beyond.- Market our members' businesses: We promote our members online, in print, through broadcast, through social media and in our newsletters for both B2B and B2C.- Discount prescription cards: AIBA offers free discount prescription cards to our members for employees, contractors or volunteers, courtesy of member ETMG Insurance. These cards are honored at major and local independent pharmacies. - Member discounts: Our members like to do business with other AIBA members. Receive $2,000 in offers from other members when you join or renew - in addition to special member-to-member offers throughout the year.- Networking: Maximize your business resources at our breakfasts, luncheons and mixers throughout the year with engaging speakers and connecting with other members.
