• The tentative opening date will be in March. Everything from the floors to ceiling tiles are being updated, as well as the addition of a bar and a completely new floor plan and kitchen design. The commons area is designed to welcome all walks of life and offer an open atmosphere and experience. Whether you come with a few friends or co-workers, or just yourself for a quick slice of pie (pizza) - we can accommodate. The seating arrangement is balanced to offer a casual time at the bar - or a more secluded environment in the back lounge. Soon after opening, this room will be available for private parties and conferences. This area will also host various meetings and gatherings of local community-based groups and organizations.This restaurant is partially focused on meeting the demands of those with limited time for a meal. We will provide a diverse menu of products created with our customers' hectic and time-starved schedules in mind. My experience in this industry comes from a background of owning and operating an east-coast style pizzeria. Individual slices, strombolis, and calzones will be The Cornerstone of our menu. Also available, will be a selection of delicatessen foods such as sandwiches, wraps, and salads all made in-house. Take-out, delivery, and table service will be offered as well.I designed this place with a very open concept. It is very important to me that this restaurant is able to grow and adapt to the needs of the community and its customers. Your feedback will truly be essential to make this a reality. I decided to take this unconventional approach to the design because I am not here to pioneer a new trend or promote some industry-changing idea, but to provide the people with a place where they feel confident they will be taken care of and function as a hub for community synergy and growth.
