• The production facility is currently located in Clinton, Wisconsin approx. 6 miles east of Beloit, WI off Interstate 43. The facility is served by Interstates I-39, I- 90 and I-43 for easy access to Madison/Milwaukee, Chicago and other destinations in Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Indiana and Wisconsin with respect to truck logistics and rail service into/around the community is served by Union Pacific and Milwaukee Road Southwestern Line. The facility is located on the south-west side of Clinton, and has user friendly access/ingress/egress for semi-tractor-trailer vehicles. Clinton, WI is served by a City Council and has full-time Police Department, Fire Department and Water Department services to support the community and local industries. The Clinton, WI facility is currently engaged in re-tooling to ensure reliable operations for 24/7 performance, 340 days per year or more, and with full and reliable compliance with ASTM specifications for bio-diesel. The results of re-tooling will ensure a reliable capacity/delivery of 8 million gallons per year (8 mgy) of high quality bio-diesel or approx. 715,000 gallons per month. The re-tooling will provide for operations on any feed stock with up to 10% Free Fatty Acid (FFA) from Used Cooking Oil (UCO), virgin/crude vegetable oil and animal/poultry fat sources. The process will be able to run the various types of feed stock alone or in mixtures with one another depending on what the market conditions and customers require.
