However, because of the wide variety of experience and the significant success weve had in our construction and commercial litigation practices, clients frequently retain us for construction or commercial litigation that is completely unrelated to government contracts. Our clients, and their projects, are located throughout the United States and overseas, from Alaska to Florida and from Japan to Afghanistan to South America. As a result, the areas in which we practice lead us into courts and boards throughout the United States, as well as before international arbitration tribunals.
