• Resolute Industrial, LLC (Resolute) is one of the major providers of Water and Air Cooled Chiller rental services, compressor remanufacturing, and other custom HVAC services in North America and other regional markets. In October of 2015 Resolute Industrial was carved out of Johnson Controls and created as an independent entity under One Equity Partners (the heritage private equity arm of J.P. Morgan Chase). OEP is a growth oriented investor, with a history of committing follow-on capital into its portfolio companies to better realize their full growth potential.
