• Harvest Restaurants began in 1996 with the opening of Trap Rock Restaurant & Brewery by the Grabowski family. Today, Harvest Restaurants has grown to 10 restaurants throughout northern New Jersey and the Grabowkis have welcomed nearly 700 team members to their family.
