• Reaction Athletics & Fitness was created to promote and assist in the development of athletes and fitness enthusiasts from Central Wisconsin.Owner and Lead Coach of Reaction Athletics & Fitness, Matt Hirn, brings a fresh and scientifically based approach to improving and maximizing athletics and fitness. Coach Hirn, graduated with high honors from Michigan Technological University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science. Since graduation, he has had the opportunity to work in the Washington DC area, where he trained hundreds of athletes and fitness enthusiasts and consulted corporate wellness programs looking to improve their employees health and productivity.We don't support, teach, or enjoy fad fitness trends. Rather we support, teach, and enjoy scientifically researched and proven fitness training methods. Any and all fitness programs should begin based on the individuals goals and on the supported research. After starting a fitness program, monitoring of the results will allow for necessary changes and progressions in the training to be prescribed.We believe that fitness should be: 1) Practiced regularly by all 2) A way to make life more enjoyable 3) Earned through effort 4) Fun and socialMost importantly we want to be the healthiest and most fit community in Wisconsin!
