I spent 16 years in Kuwait, from 1992-2008, some of the time as co-owner of a subcontractor that supplied various services to both the US military and the contractors supporting them. This experience gave me an extensive understanding of the problems faced by the men and women who accept overseas jobs and the challenges they go through to work abroad. As a result of these experiences, I started DangerZoneJobs.com in January 2005, both to offer a site that would help busy contractors with their job search, and more importantly, to provide a place where they are taken seriously. Danger Zone Jobs now has over 22,000 members. Whether you're a new or experienced contractor looking for jobs you have to do 4 things to succeed: Network with others Stay current on what's happening in the overseas contracting industry Keep up to date on new and pending contracts Research and apply to companies the way they want you to Danger Zone Jobs helps you do all four.
