The new Halsa Advisors will continue to offer health care providers and architects the benefits of big firm strategic facility planning experience and depth with small firm convenience, responsiveness, and low overhead. The three partners of Halsa Advisors, Kristin Anderson, David Chamberlain, and Scott Walters, are deeply involved in every engagement. We have no junior staff, we believe that our clients are better served by small consulting teams where the senior level staff also understand the details. Each of us brings well over a decade of consulting experience. Scott Walters brings 16 years of strategic planning, strategic facility master planning, and functional and space programming experience to Halsa Advisors and its clients. David Chamberlain brings over a decade of facility planning experience, and augments Halsa's scope of services by adding his knowledge of the detailed work that goes into safely and successfully opening major new clinical facilities.
