• Predictive Business Intelligence combines different technologies and generates a method to automatically collect, compute, report and deliver business intelligence information based on the combination of words through human speech, call metadata and the organizations operational data. The goal is to accumulate and communicate to business executives the daily information about their environment that isnt readily available from other sources or communicated to them by the employees at their call center or helpdesk.The operator will predesignate the combination of words and data related to their business interests such as competitive intelligence, customers opinions, products, product features and hotwords that may signal an important business event. These spoken words in combination with information about the call such as the area the calls originated from or destined to, with data from sources like the customers accounting or CRM system will create a picture of the business environment and give business executives the information they need to make better decisions on everything from product pricing, features, R&D, competitive or company marketing, product defects. In short, this product will deliver information automatically to their desktop, PDA or email with links to the database of calls and data that generated the alert for mining. This product will also be platform independent in relation to both the voice and data files.
