- Faces without Places (FwP) provides educational and enrichment programming, school transportation and supplies, and other specialized services to thousands of children and youth experiencing homelessness each year in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. FwPs primary goal is to provide school stability for the approximately 6,000 children experiencing homelessness each year in Greater Cincinnati. Although there are other social services that provide resources for families experiencing homelessness to obtain food, shelter, work, and childcare, we are the only local non-profit that focuses exclusively on the educational needs of children experiencing homelessness. We believe education is the key to breaking the cycle of homelessness and poverty. If we can keep one child, in one school, for one year, we are one step closer to breaking the cycle.
