We expect to affiliate with over 30+ new practices a year in each of the next 3-5 years where both dentists and patients are underserved. PDS experienced a Compounded Annual Growth Rate CAGR of 38% since 2002. Specifically the company has achieved year over year revenue growth of 35%, 31% and 19% for the years of 2006, 2007 and 2008 respectively. By predominately focusing on organic growth of new offices rather than acquisitions, we are able to keep our debt-to-equity ratios strong, have offices that can provide a high level of revenue for the coming years with minimal capital investment while maintaining consistent revenue and profit growth company-wide.
