Thats because this service focuses on the customers experience when attending an event, no matter whether this is a residential or day course, business meeting, exhibition or awards dinner. The service gives all customers the opportunity to give feedback on their experience, whether they are an event organiser, speaker, exhibitor or delegate; data is collated and monitored for each customer category.All customers have to do to provide feedback is answer seven operational questions and three emotive questions. Venue Experience automatically collates this data and applies a weighting to the answers, which means that the emotive scores have a greater impact on the overall rating: even if a customer gives you a low score on catering because of a late or cold coffee, for example, if they would still recommend your venue, this will raise the overall rating.Venue Experience will provide benchmark scores for all venues that are consistent across all types of venue. The score is driven purely by customers feedback, so will always be current, and will not be reliant upon annual awards or monthly industry reporting.Once your venue has registered with the service which is offered by annual subscription you will be able to create event-specific links and send them to your customers on individual feedback forms. When your customer has submitted the form your venue will receive an alert, and the feedback will be available for immediate review by the venue administrator. We will also provide monthly reports and analytics, ensuring that you are always up-to-date.
