With their own self-hosted software they can provide a much more robust level of service, retaining all the profit instead of simply reselling another cloud backup service and taking a small commission. A self-hosted Online Backup service increases customer retention and satisfaction. Our Partners purchase or lease software from us (starting at $699 or $78/month for 10 endpoints), install it in their own data center or Cloud, brand it, and offer Online Backup services. They store their customers' backups themselves, and completely own the service, charging what they want, and with no mandatory ongoing payments to RBS. We are headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee with an engineering and technical office in India, RBS India Pvt.
