- North Valley Health Center (NVHC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation located in Warren, MN and is the only primary care medical facility located in northwest Minnesotas Marshall County. The hospital is designated as a Critical Access Hospital currently licensed for 12 beds and our primary care clinic is designated as a Rural Health Clinic. Our service area encompasses Marshall County, including the municipalities of Argyle, Alvarado, Oslo, Stephen, and Warren plus nineteen townships located near those municipalities in Minnesota. NVHC is a community operated facility with one class of members that consists of any persons, within the NVHC service area, 18 years of age or older. NVHC is governed by an eleven member volunteer Board of Directors elected by the members at annual board meetings, generally held in May.
