    • The Redwood Community Health Coalition (RCHC) is a consortium of 16 community health centers in a four county area of northern California- Marin, Sonoma, Napa and Yolo Counties. We are dedicated to improving the health of our communities and to assuring access to quality health care for all. Together, we care for 180,000 people- more than 1 out of every 5 in Sonoma County and 1 in 6 in our region.The Redwood Community Health Network (RCHN) is a wholly controlled subsidiary of RCHC and was founded to develop shared services, creating economies of scale between RCHC and its member health centers.RCHC and RCHN provide our member health centers infrastructure, expertise and program support to:- Improve access to care through advocacy, outreach, and program expansion;- Improve health outcomes through quality improvement efforts and health information technology support
