• In establishing Daudlin, De Beaupre and Company in 1991, we came together each with a first hand knowledge of healthcare human resources, several years of experience as executive search consultants within the Big 8 public accounting field, a keen desire to do things right, and, grabbing ahold of the American dream, to go into business for ourselves. Through the years, more and more hospitals graced our client list and people were good to us. We took on searches for CEOs along with searches for VPs and department managers. We added talented consultants to our team and everyone worked hard. The lamps on our desks stayed lit long after the street lights came on. The competition was fierce. Bigger firms tried to intimidate us. One even wanted to buy us. We were flattered. When we said no, thanks, they were taken back. The company grew from just another boutique consulting practice to a firm that, fifteen years later, received national recognition in Modern Healthcare.We remain as committed as ever to serving our clients, to running a business ethically and honestly, and keeping the promises we make. We still believe in working hard and making an important contribution to the hospitals we serve. Fully cognizant of the many challenges facing Americas hospitals, we continue to direct our experience and knowledge in helping them identify, in a timely and cost effective manner, talented women and men for key leadership positions.
