• CRC Restaurants, Inc. is an ACDBE certified in Maryland and Pennsylvania and is owned by siblings Rob Cernak, Cheri Cernak and Cindy Cernak.Our flagship brand of Obrycki's was established in 1944 and maintains a tradition of fresh and flavorful Chesapeake regional seafood. Obryckis is a family business that has been owned an operated by the Cernak family since 1976.Our Commitment- We are restaurateurs first, airport operators second.
