Our Northfield, WI facility is situated on a 720 acre native restoration property nestled in the picturesque Coulee Region. This flagship coldwater aquaponics facility will be the largest in the world! Our production systems provide the freshest and most healthy products year-round, while practicing ecologically sound water conservation with zero-discharge. Superior Fresh will raise premium Atlantic salmon and rainbow trout in a state-of-the-art land based recirculating aquaculture facility in conjunction with premium, organic produce grown in an ultramodern hydroponics glass greenhouse. Superior Fresh's ability to raise premium, fresh food year-round more efficiently and sustainably than any other agribusiness in the world makes it an obvious candidate for how food will be grown in the future.
