• Multicare Associates is a provider-owned and operated clinic offering medical services in the northern suburbs of the Twin Cities. Our three clinics are conveniently located in Fridley (just west of Unity Hospital), Blaine (near the intersection of 117th Ave. and Highway 65), and Roseville (at the corner of Fairview and County Road C).
