• North Kansas City hospital stands high on the hill of a 69-acre campus which consists of the Hospital, a 451- licensed bed, acute-care facility; the Pavilion encompassing patient rooms, outpatient services, Hospital staff and physician offices and a conference center; Health Center, the location for Home Health Services and Signature Psychiatric Health; two physician office buildings, known as Medical Plaza and Professional Building; and NorthCare Hospice House, the Northland's only hospice house. Our partnership with The University of Kansas Cancer Center gives patients in the Northland access to NCI-designated clinical trials. Through another partnership with Children's Mercy Hospital, neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners are onsite and actively involved in leading the care in the Northland's only level III neonatal intensive care unit.We have a medial staff of 550 physicians representing 45 specialties.
