• We are a network of female leaders who inspire and empower women to develop to their highest leadership potential in their academic and professional lives. We are leaders and role models. We encourage others to grow and discover their own gifts while achieving more than they ever thought possible. We make a difference in the lives around us through mentoring and empowerment. There are three branches to our organization: Mentoring, Workshops and Quarterly Networking Dinners. Mentoring: We offer a mentoring program for women in our community who are looking to take the next step. We have a panel of mentors that we will match you with based on your goals and interests. Workshops: Topics of these workshops include - How to write a resume, Interviewing Skills, Marketing Yourself on Social Media, Personal Branding, Goal Setting, and Family/Work Life balance. Quarterly Networking Dinners: Each quarter WIL hosts a dinner featuring a local female leader focusing on her path to leadership and sharing her experiences along the way. Speakers represent all industries. These dinners provide an opportunity to network with other women in the community who share in our passion to lead.
