(formerly Cochise County Association for the Handicapped-CCAH) has been serving and supporting the communities of Cochise County and the surrounding areas since 1962. Our Mission Statement clearly states our purpose Improving the lives of people with disabilities. Premier Alliances is focused on empowering people with disabilities to live dignified, productive, and fulfilling lives by providing support and opportunities for personal growth and achievements through training, gainful employment, and active community involvement. Under the direction of a volunteer Board of Directors, with unique skills and contributions, Premier Alliances Inc. is positioned for growth and expansion in the pursuit of meaningful employment opportunities for people with significant disabilities within the United States of America. In partnership with SourceAmerica® and the AbilityOne® Program, Premier Alliances provides grounds maintenance, landscaping, and cemetery maintenance for the Unites States Army Base at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, in addition to custodial and janitorial services for the Department of Homeland Security at the Brian A. Terry Border Patrol Station in Naco, Arizona. Premier Alliances will be expanding services to private and commercial entities, state and federal governments, partnering with non-profits, in the service industry.
