• The Lulu & Leo Fund is a 501(c)3 non-profit that helps children and families foster creative confidence and build resilience through programs that provide meaningful engagement with the world through creativity. The New York city-based organization is seeking a strategic and dynamic Executive Director to drive its growth and expansion in schools and community organizations nationwide. The Executive Director will lead the launch of the new platform, ChooseCreativity.org, where schools and communities will implement the Choose Creativity curriculum, based on the 10 Principles of Creativity, for elementary and middle school students.Founded by Marina and Kevin Krim after the loss of their children Lulu and Leo, the Fund has palpable momentum after more than four years of accomplishments in fundraising, grant making, programmatic curriculum development, and completion of a strategic plan -- setting the trajectory for the next 3 to 5 years. The Fund has raised nearly $2 million in funds, operates an annual budget of over half a million dollars, and counts an engaged 7-member board, powerful volunteer committees, prominent celebrities and leaders, and a global community of over 40,000 as its supporters.
