Diversity & InclusionWe pioneered the hospitality industry's longest running women's travel program, Women On Their Way for Wyndham International (now Wyndham Worldwide). We began with research conducted with New York University and are pleased to continue our academic relationship with NYU today. Working with Bank of Tokyo, we helped launch their women's management development program in the Americas, resulting in tripling the number of women in bank management throughout the Americas. We recently launched Dallas-based Aimbridge Hospitality's Women Aim Forward campaign that provides professional, personal and community outreach development for the company and its employees.
