Meet the Business Owner: Dr. Henry Silvestriz, the owner of Optimum Wellness Institute, has been a chiropractor since December 2018. Dr. Henry discovered the Gonstead System while he was attending Life University in Georgia. He trained under Dr. Herb Wood and Dr. Mark Werking, two of the most prestigious chiropractors all over the world. He has over 300 hours of specialized training in the Gonstead System of Analysis and Adjusting. He holds a certificate issued by Dr. Mark Werking and the International Board of Extremity Chiropractors. Dr. Henry is also an Ergonomics Practitioner and holds a certificate issued by Dr. Mark Vettraino and Life University. Dr. Henry is a United States Army Veteran and a former Dallas Police Officer. He is an avid shooter, gun enthusiast, hiker, amateur photographer, and explorer.
