The Eastman Egg Company

Description

• The Eastman Egg Company is a fast casual restaurant group focused on creating better mornings for the busy people of Chicago. We source exceptional, well-curated ingredients to elevate simple food to wonderful heights. Most importantly, we create the best experience we can for each guest that we are lucky to serve. We offer delicious breakfast sandwiches, homemade yogurt parfaits, and exceptional coffee. We create an environment that is comfortable, welcoming, and energizing. We give people a reason to believe that breakfast can be amazing and, dare we say it, life-changing. At The Eastman Egg Company, we hire for empathy above all else. Understanding the experiences of our guests and coworkers is essential to our success. Our team self-describes as creative, passionate, diligent, warm, and versatile, and many praise the familial nature of our group as highly unique. We offer meaningful opportunities for growth and personal development, as well as direct access to the executive team. Were looking to grow an exceptional team with big aspirations, big hearts, and great deal of tenacity. If this sounds like you, please follow us to learn more! Were building something bigger than breakfast, and we would love to have you join us on our journey.
