• Founded in 1982, NMP specializes in precision CNC vertical and horizontal milling with 4th and 5th axis capabilities including drilling, tapping & boring, as well as CNC turning. In 1995, NMP built a 30,000 sq ft facility at its current location and later expanded to the current 60,000 sq ft in 2000. The custom built plant was designed for optimum product flow and quick turn around time to meet customers needs. We machine a wide product mix comprised of castings (Aluminum, Grey and Ductile Iron ), forgings (steel and aluminum), stampings, weldments, bar stock, and aluminum extrusions. NMP also offers a variety of value added services such as powder and electro deposition coating, plating and heat treat. In addition, pressure testing & assembly can often be done within machine cycle times, to prevent added cost to customers. NMP currently employs 60 people running production 3 shifts daily and is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in quality for its customers. NMP has been ISO/TS 16949 Certified since 2002 and is committed to continually upgrading its systems to better serve its customer base. Prior to ISO/TS 16949, QS 9001 certifications were maintained since 1998. NMP is a service focused company with a wide customer and supplier base including the automotive, recreational vehicle, aerospace and defense industries. The NMP engineering department utilizes the latest CAD/CAM software allowing us to design and build work holding fixtures in house, which reduces lead times and costs.
