• Kohtaene Enterprises Company, LLC (Kohtaene) is a fully owned subsidiary of Ahtna, Inc., an Alaska Native Regional Corporation established by an act of congress in 1971 under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA). Kohtaene was founded in 2004, with a primary purpose of pursuing vertical construction contracts. Since this time we have also branched out into the construction administration and management services. In addition to these services, Kohtaene also is a full-service general contracting firm providing a wide range of construction and related services for a large base of clients in a variety of formats that include: Design/Build, Civil Construction, Project Management, and Demolition. Kohtaene offers a variety of methods for our services including 8(a), Sole-Source, SATOCs, MATOCs, IDIQs, and competitive.
