- Our company was founded in1979, by Paul Wong, as a distribution center for Pheonix Well Limited, our factory located in the Guangdong province in Southern China. In order to better serve our clients in the west, Paul sent his son Raymond to establish an office in Portland, Oregon. The Wong's business flourished in the US and abroad spurring the expansion to our current facility in Wilsonville, a suburb south of Portland, OR, where Intercom USA is headquartered today. As manufacturers of jewelry packaging and displays, Intercom strives to service our customers both big and small, providing innovative packaging and display ideas as well as in house customization capacity. Intercom prides itself on manufacturing quality products at a price that works for our clients. By keeping ourselves as a factory-direct importer we handle the hidden costs and provide exceptional quality with personalized customer service all at a price your Jewelry store can afford.
