Backed by Soaring Pine Capital Management, a Private Equity Fund focused on energy and logistics, it was a good fit for VESTA to become the first start-up company backed by SPCM. VESTA was created with a core focus in providing workforce housing solutions in remote and growing regions. Since inception VESTA has grown into much more by providing modular and consulting solutions in the educational, hospitality, multi-family, assisted living, medical, and other custom built solutions across the US.
