- Progressive Option Support Services is a multi-specialty group of therapists dedicated to providing a wide variety of therapeutic and behavioral services to adults, children, and families experiencing emotional and behavioral health challenges. We strive to provide the best services with the highest regard to quality, safety, and satisfaction. For psychotherapy, our practice primarily uses Cognitive Behavior Therapy and closely related subtypes to address unhelpful patterns of thinking. Cognitive behavioral therapy can allow clients to learn effective skills to improve their functioning and decrease stress. CBT has demonstrated positive outcomes in decreasing symptoms of anxiety and depression in adults & children. Our Behavioral Health services also extends to children with ASD. POSS provides high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with a diagnosis of Autism, from infant to 21. Services are provided in the childs home or at school either in person or virtually. Assessment, reassessment, supervision, and parent training are done by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
