Better People All MPI officers must meet one of the following criteria: 24 college credits (preferably in Criminal Justice, EMT/paramedic/firefighter certification), current or prior military service with an honorable discharge, or current or former law enforcement or corrections service. To ensure only the best get through, all officers are subjected to formal interviews, a rigorous background check, and a full drug screen.MPI strives to ensure that all clients are happy with our performance.
