Mathewsgroup

Description

• Mathewsgroup was established in 1989. We represent 2500 vendors in the Advertising Specialty, logoed merchandise, embroidered wearables marketplace. Employee rewards, company functions, tradeshow apparel, corporate casual, company store, client gifts...regardless what you call it, even if it's a whatcha macallit, we can fill your order, on time and on budget.Mathewsgroup has produced nearly 200 charity and corporate golf outings in the past 20 years. Our efforts have helped companies and non-profits raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for local communities. When paired with a golf outing or charity fund-raiser, we have acted as a volunteer non-licensed Auctioneer and matched high-bidders with donated artwork, trips, golf packages, limos and dining experiences throughout the region. By doing so, we've assisted countless worth-while causes in the tri-state area.By the way, that's not the Ferrari logo (reared Stallion), but the Mathews Family coat of arms. The rampant black Lion on a yellow shield, is armed in the sinister, langued and queued. Simply put, the Lion shows the Welch family will aide in the defense of it's King, Lord or Protector by standing on it's hind legs (rampant) with it's left claws exposed (armed in the sinister). It is a symbol of strength, loyalty and pride. It's bushed tail (single queued) and extended tongue (langued) are descriptors and don't appear to have any special meaning, other than making that lion look pretty darn fierce.
