• Founded in 1961, Walsh Construction Co. is a steadily growing Northwest General Contractor. What began as a two-man operation has grown to a company that produces an annual volume of over 300 million. Although we specialize in commercial and residential multi-family construction, our extensive portfolio includes both new construction and renovation work from steel and concrete to wood frame. Our emphasis on quality, craftsmanship and delivery in a timely manner is central to the essence of Walsh Construction Co. Our quiet but firm presence in the Pacific Northwest reflects this philosophy, but the hallmark of WALSH is our relationship with clients. Our reputation with both public and private owners for openness, honesty and competence is a benchmark we strive to protect and maintain.For over 55 years, WALSH has carefully built and maintained a strong base of repeat clients. While the majority of our work is in Oregon and Washington, we have completed projects in California, Montana, Idaho and Utah. Our goal is to maintain 75% of our work in Portland and Seattle and the remaining 25% in the Northwestern United States.
