• Reconstruction Services is a full-service, Design-Build general contractor that specializes in correcting building defects and water-intrusion damage. We investigate, evaluate, repair and maintain all types of buildings including single-family homes, apartment complexes, condominium and townhouse communities and commercial buildings throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding areas. In addition, our unique partnership allows us to offer our clients an option to undertake projects on a design/build basis, which provides one point of contact for all architectural, engineering and construction-related aspects of the project. By self-performing a large portion of our work including framing, sheet metal fabrication and installation, waterproofing, stucco and finish carpentry, and by maintaining close relationships with a network of specialty subcontractors, we are able to closely control our projects and maintain a very high standard of care.
